At Restoration Massage Center, I kindly require at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellation:
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice, a $50 late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

No-Show:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full price of a regular-priced massage session.

I understand that emergencies happen. Emergency situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
